Jorge Del-Bosque

Meet Jorge, our Lead Consulting Partner and AI Solution Architect at Hudson & Hayes. With a PhD in Computer Science focused on Conversational AI, a Masters in Organisational Innovation, and more than 20 years’ experience, he brings deep expertise in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and cloud-based SaaS platforms. His career combines pioneering research with industry leadership, having founded five startups spanning B2B SaaS in EdTech and MarTech, digital marketing consultancy, and corporate learning strategy. He has delivered SaaS solutions for Fortune 1000 clients such as AIG, AXA, Allstate, AT&T, Johnson Controls, and Heineken.

Jorge’s passion for AI innovation began at Queen Mary University of London, where he researched Conversational AI Tutoring Systems and published in leading conferences. After completing his PhD, he returned to industry, raised investment, and launched Nanu, an AI-powered leadership development platform underpinned by his UK patent for real-time linguistic assessment in meetings.

He is passionate about enabling people to tap into the power of AI to work smarter, learn faster, and achieve more, empowering organisations to enhance performance and unlock new possibilities.
